Phase 1: Foundational Setup (Q2 2025)

The agent will be getting set up to communicate and interact with the PFL community. The agent will be amassing knowledge to be able to support and assist with the onboarding and gameplay experience for PFL gamers.

Phase 2: Ecosystem Enhancement (2H 2025)

Eagerly awaiting the release of the PhotoFinish Live API. Read-only access will be given, but this will allow for HorseAI Agent to gain key insights into racing schedules or other seasonal scheduled events (e.g., staking window / breeding), results, marketplace listings, discount horses in claiming races, and major sales. It could also provide valuable insights on a player's stable or a specific horse in their stable.

Phase 3: Strategic Token Management (Q3 2025)

$HORSE dev tokens will be deployed to a multi-sig wallet for safety. Dev tokens will also be locked. $HORSE can eventually develop into a stakeable token for players of PFL to gain more advanced insights and suggestions.

Phase 4: Community-Driven Growth (Q4 2025 and Beyond)

Ensure integration on all major socials: X, Telegram, Discord.
